Michela Boschetto, laureata nel 2002 allo IUAV di Venezia, è architetto e designer,
Da diversi anni, come Micartapesta, progetta e realizza oggetti e gioielli in cartapesta.  Da sempre attratta anche dall'arte orafa, ha frequentato vari corsi, mossa dalla necessità di unire alla materia–base delle sue creazioni (cartapesta) elementi in metallo, aspetto non sempliche da un punto di vista tecnico-esecutivo. Sono infatti materiali che comportano lavorazioni diverse, l’una (cartapesta) con acqua e colla, l’altro (metallo) con il fuoco.

Michela Boschetto, graduated in 2002 at the IUAV of Venice, is an architect and designer. For several years, as Micartapesta, she designs and creates papier-mâché objects and jewels. Always attracted by the goldsmith art, has attended various courses, driven by the need to combine the basic material of his creations (papier-mâché) with elements in metal, not simple from a technical-executive point of view. They are in fact materials that involve different processes: the papier-mâché with water and glue, the metal with fire.
